How to reset your password

To reset your password if you have forgotten your password;


  1. Click Forgot Password.

  2. Enter your username in the space provided for UserID.
  3. Click Reset Password.

  4. A one-time password with instructions will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not find it in your inbox, check your spam folder. You may also reach your school administrator to reset your password.

  5. Enter the one-time password in the space provided.
  6. Click Code Verify. Hereafter you will be provided with fields to set a new password.

  7. Enter your new password 
  8. Click Change Password. Note a pop-up notification to the right top corner of your browser.
