How to update school fees bill notes

Bill note is a feature that allows you to add a custom message when sending out school fees bills to parents.


  1. Click on “School Fees Admin” on the menu pane.

  2. Select “Configure School Fees Item”

  3. Navigate to the right-hand side of the page and select a class.

  4. Click the “Bill Notes” button and update the information.

  5. Click the “Save” button to save.
