How to manage student's pocket money withdrawals


This guide will take you through the process of adding, deleting, updating and printing statements of student’s pocket money withdrawals.


Adding records

  1. Click on Account officer.

  2. Click on manage pocket money 

  3. Navigate to Students withdrawals and select a student OR click on Advanced to filter OR perform a quick search from the search bar 

  4. Click on Add , a dialog box pops out, select expense category dropdown and fill in the description, amount, and date.

  5. Click on Save.

Deleting a record


  1. Perform the first three(3) steps above in fig 1

  2. Select on the item you want to delete

  3. Then, Click on Delete to delete withdrawal item

Updating records


  1. Perform the first three(3) steps above in fig 1

  2. Select the item you want to update

  3. Then, Click on update to make the necessary changes and save.

Printing Statement


  1. Perform the first three(3) steps above in fig 1

  2. Select the withdrawal item you want to print

  3. Then, Click on Print statement to print a Student’s withdrawal statement which comes out as a PDF format
