How to send invoice to parents via SMS

The following article will guide you on how to send an invoice to parents or guardians through SMS.

  1. Select School Fees Admin.

  2. Click on Configure School Fees Items.

  3. The current session will be displayed, you can choose a different session by clicking on the drop down to display the different sessions available.

  4. Choose the term you want to send an invoice for.

  5. Select the class you want to send invoices to.

  6. The list of school fees items will be displayed.

  1. Click on Send Invoices (Email/SMS) and a pop up box will appear.

  2. Click on the Send as SMS only button.

  3. Fill in the sender ID.

  4. Click on the Use Sample SMS button for a detailed sample SMS you can use.

  5. Click on the send SMS button to send your message.
