Reports for payments on school fees items such as tuition, PTA levy, necktie, badge, etc can be viewed over a given period so as to track payment progress. This article will guide you on how to generate and print reports for a particular school fees item on a monthly basis.

  1. Click on School Fees Admin.

  2. Click on School Fees Report.

  3. Select the item you wish to print the report for from the dropdown named Item.

  4.  Click on the More Reports button as shown in the image below

  1. A new window pops up revealing more reports options, click on the Item Monthly Report button.

  2. Another window pops up revealing months of the year, select the month you wish to generate the report for.

  3. Click on the Generate Report button to print the monthly item school fees report as shown in the image below.
