This guide below will take you through the process of preparing class bills

  1. Click on School fees admin.

  2. Click on Manage school fees 

  3. Click on a student or perform a quick search from the search box.

  4. Select the term and change the filter from paid items to unpaid items to see school fee items/bills

  5. Scroll down to add other entitled students bills and click on Add to students bill 

  6. Click on Print students bill to preview as a PDF format for printing.
