How to manage banks account balance
The following steps will guide you on how to manage banks account balance
Add bank account balance
Click “Account Officer” from the menu pane.
Select “Account Set Up”.
Navigate to the right and click on “Banks Account Balance” tab.
Select an accounting period.
Click the “Add Bank Account Balance” button and enter required information.
Click the “Save” button to save.

Deleting account balance
Repeat step 1 to step 3 in Fig1.1 above
Select the account balance you wish to delete.
Click the “Delete” button.
Click “Ok” to delete the record.

Editing account balance
Repeat step 1 to step 3 in Fig1.1 above
Select the account balance you wish to edit.
Click the “Edit Bank Account Balance” button and update the necessary areas.
Click the “Save” button to save the changes.
