The following steps will guide you on how to add, delete, and update item balance for existing items in store and their quantity.

Adding quantity of an existing item in store

  1. Click on Store Officer

  2. Select Manage Store Items

  3. Choose Configure Initial Stock

  4. Click on Items in Store

  5. Select Add Item Balance

  6. Provide Item Name

  7. Type the quantity

  8. Make Comments if any

  9. Click on Save button at the bottom as shown in Fig 1.1 below

Deleting an existing item from store

Follow the steps below 

  1. Click on Store Officer

  2. Select Manage Store Items

  3. Choose Configure Initial Stock

  4. Click on Items in Store

  5. Select the item to be deleted from old store items

  6. Click on Delete button

  7. Select Ok as shown in Fig 1.2 below

Follow the steps below

  1. Click on Store Officer

  2. Select Manage Store Items

  3. Choose Configure Initial Stock

  4. Click on Items in Store

  5. Click on Edit Store Item Balance

  6. Update Item name/Quantity/Comments

  7. Click on Save button at the bottom as shown in Fig 1.3 below
