To add, delete and update clinic visit details, follow the steps below.


How to add clinic visit details

  1. Click on Medical officer on the left-side pane

  2. Select Manage clinic visit

  3. Select Clinic visit details tab. This is usually selected by default.

  4. Filter and select Term, Session, and Date range

  5. Click on Add button for a popup window to enter additional details

  6. Click on Browse student to browse for the student you want to manage

  7. Filter and select the Session of admission 

  8. Tick the Student that you want to manage 

  9. Then click on Add student 

        10.  After adding the student fill in the necessary information then click on Save to save it           

How to delete clinic visit details

  1. Click on Medical officer

  2. Select Manage clinic visit

  3. Select Clinic visit details tab. This is usually selected by default.

  4. Filter and select Term, Session, and Date

  5. Select a Student that you want to delete 

       6. Click on the Delete button and press Ok to confirm

                

           

How to update clinic visit details

  1. Click on Medical officer on the left side pane

  2. Select a Manage clinic visit to the functions displayed 

  3. Select Clinic visit details tab. This is usually selected by default.

  4. Filter and select Term, Session and then select Date

  5. Select the Student that you want to Update 

  6. Update the necessary information and click Save to save the record
