Collection unit shows the total number of items in the store, its name, description, and comments.  


Adding collection unit for each store item

  1. Click on the Store Officer on the left-pane of the page.

  2. Select Manage Store Items.

  3. Select the group of the store item. 

  4. Select the Store item. 

  5. Click the Add Collection Unit button under Store Items Collection Unit 

  6. Input the required information in the add new store item collection unit dialog that will be displayed and click the Save button. 




Deleting collection unit for each store item

  1. Click on the Store Officer on the left-pane of the page.

  2. Select Manage Store Items.

  3. Select the group of the store item. 

  4. Select the Store item. 

  5. Select the Store item in the collection unit to be deleted 

  6. Click the Delete button

  7. Select the Ok button to confirm




Updating collecting unit for each store item

Note: Store Item cannot be updated.  

  1. Click on the Store Officer on the left-pane of the page. 

  2. Select Manage Store Items

  3. Select the group of the store item. 

  4. Select the Store Item. 

  5. Select the Store item in the collection unit to be updated. 

  6. Click the Update button. 

  7. Modify the No. of ItemsUnitsDescription, and Comments as the case may be. 

Click the Save button.
