This article will take you through how to send Emails to a particular class.

  1. Click on the SMS Manager menu item on the left-pane to reveal the various functions.

  2. Click on Send SMS as shown in the fig below.

  1. Click on the Send bulk Email box.

  2. Choose the supposed section from the Section drop-down box and also class from the Class drop-down box. 

  3. Input the title of the email in the box titled Subject.

  4. Type in the message to be sent to parents in the available box.

  5. Confirm the email address (official school email) that the parents can reply to.

  6. Click SEND Emails to send the email to all parents with respect to the selected class.
