In order to send email to boarding students, use the following steps:

  1. Select SMS Manager on the left-hand side of the page.

  2. Choose Send SMS from the list of privileges.

  3. Select the class you wish to send SMS to.

  4. Click on the drop-down list to choose Class boarding students and the specific list of boarding students will be filtered and will appear.

  5. Click on the specific students' names you want to send an email to or check the box beside Student ID to select all.

  6. Select Send Email to parents of selected students.

  1. A pop-up box will appear, you can then proceed to write the Subject of the email you wish to send.

  2. Proceed to type in the body of your message.

  3. In the Reply to box, type in the email address you want the recipients to reply to.

  4. Choose email attachment by clicking on Choose File and select a file from your device.

  5.  Click on Send Emails to dispatch your emails to the recipients.
