This is a feature that eases typing comments for head and class/form teachers. Once it is set up, the system automatically fetches the appropriate comment and places it on the student’s result.

  1. Click on the Configuration menu on the left-pane to reveal the various functions.

  2. Click on Grading Format.

  3. Highlight the grade format for which you want to add Principal and form teacher comments, it will display each grade already configured as shown in the image below.

  1. Highlight the grade you want to add the comments for.

  2.  Click on the Auto Comments button

  3. A new window will appear with empty spaces (each one indicated as “Form Teacher” and “Principal”) where comments for principal and form teachers are made, type in the comments.

  4.  Click Save to complete the operation as shown in the image below.
