Bulk Upload provides the ability to add more than one member of staff at once to the portal.


In order to do that these are steps to follow: 


  1. Click on Enrollment officer on the left side  
  2. Select Upload staff 
  3. Click on the Download Template to download a template in which the staff details will be entered for upload. The image below shows you how the template looks. Fill it with the staff details, save it on your device).

  4. Having filled the template, click on Upload Staff on the list functions displayed.

  5. Click on Choose file to locate the file on your computer.
  6. After selecting the file click on Upload to upload it to SAFSMS.   
  7. Then click Ok, a notification appears indicating if the file has been successfully uploaded or otherwise.
