This feature allows users to attempt resending failed messages. Sending messages may fail due to the non-availability of SMS credit or other reasons. Follow the steps below to resend failed messages.
1. Click the SMS Manager.
2. Select SMS Configuration.
3. Under the Sent Messages tab, select the message(s) whose status shows failed from the list of sent messages. You can also filter failed SMS by date range, class and arm, under the Sent Messages tab.
4. Click the Resend selected message button.
