This article will take you through how to send SMS/Mobile notification to all Staff departments. 


  1. Click on the Send Sms under SMS manager on the menu item on the left-pane to reveal the various functions.

  2. Select the Staff tab.
  3. Select the desired department from the Departments dropdown.
  4. It will show you the list of staff in the selected department and check the boxes on the left column corresponding to the staff you wish to send a message or If you wish to send to all staff in the selected department, check the first checkbox on the leftmost column. It will select all staff automatically.
  5. Click send SMS button to pop up the messaging window where you will type your message.

  6. You may enter a confirmation number to confirm your message is sent (note this will take a unit of your SMS credit).
  7. After typing your message, click the send button to send your message.
