The following steps will guide you on how to send email to a selected set of students.

  1. Click on Send SMS under the menu SMS Managera7f1.png
  2. Select a class
  3. Check the boxes by the first column from the right before student’s ID to select studentsa7f2.png

4. Click Send Email to parents of selected students’ button first from the top-right

5. Provide a Subject for the email

6. Type the message

7. Supply an email to be replied to (optional)

8. Choose a file from your computer to attach to your mail (optional)

9. Click Send Email button at the bottom page
