Adding subject grades criteria

  1. Select the promotion criteria. 

  2. Click on the Subject Grades Criteria tab.

  3. Select the subject group. 

  4. Click the Add button under the subject grades criteria grid. 

  5. Add subject grades criteria dialog box will open. Select the SubjectGrade Format, corresponding Grade, and specify whether this subject’s criteria is Compulsory to be met or not. Click the Save button. 


    Repeat the process to add as many as subject grades criteria. 


    Note: The grade format selected must correspond with the grade format selected in the No. of Grades Criteria. Also, the number of criteria must be greater than the minimum number of subjects to pass as specified in the Subject Group.



    Deleting subject grades criteria

    1.  Select the promotion criteria. 

    2. Click on the Subject Grades Criteria tab. 

    3. Select the subject group. 

    4. Select subject grades criteria to be deleted.

    5. Click the Delete button. 

    6. Select the  Ok button to confirm. 



      Updating subject grades criteria

      NoteSubject Group and Subject cannot be updated  

      1. Select the promotion criteria 

      2. Click on the Subject Grades Criteria tab. 

      3. Select the subject group 

      4. Select subject grades criteria to be updated. 

      5. Click the Update button. 

      6. Modify the Grade Format, corresponding Grade, and the Compulsory value as the case may be from the Update Subject Grade Criteria dialog that would be displayed. Click the Save button.
