How to send an email to all parents


This guide below will take you through the process of sending emails to all parents.


  1. Click on the SMS Manager menu item on the left-pane to reveal the various functions.
  2. Click on Send SMS 
  3. Click on a class OR click Advance to add more filters
  4. Check the box to select the name or names of students and click Send email to parents of selected students.

5.  Compose the body of the email in the new window that pops up. Then, in the Reply to box, type in the email address you want the recipients to reply to and click Send Emails.
