Setting up your school section is a fundamental part of your school setup using the application, which is done by adding, deleting, and updating the school section when the need arises. In order to perform these tasks use the guide below.

 

Adding school section

  1. Click Configuration
  2. Select School Sections
  3. Click Add on the school section info page
  4. Input required information such as section ID, section name and short name.
  5. Click Save

Deleting the school section

On the same page as Fig 1.1

  1. Select the section you wish to delete amongst the list of sections
  2. Click Delete
  3. Click OK to confirm your action

Updating the school section

On the same page as Fig 1.1

  1. Select the section you wish to update amongst the list of sections
  2. Click Update
  3. Update the required information such as section name and short name.
  4. Click Save

NB: Note that the Section ID cannot be updated.
