Import configuration enables school fees administrators to copy school fees items and amounts from a previous or current term and class to another term or class in the current term.


The following steps will guide you on how to import/copy configuration from one session/term/class to another session/term/class as the case may be.

  1. Click on School Fees Admin
  2. Select Configure School Fees Items
  3. Choose a session
  4. Pick a term 
  5. Select a class to configure
  6. Click on Import Configuration

  1. Choose a session to copy from
  2. Select a term you want to import from
  3. Choose the class you want to copy from
  4. Check the boxes by your left-hand side to select items you want to copy
  5. Click on Import Configuration(s) to copy the items and amount
