How to set up behavioral traits/skills
To set up a rating scale for behavioral traits/skills, find the following steps as a guide:
In the Search for Activity box, type in Traits Ratings and click on enter to take you to the traits rating page.
Select the Add button to add a new trait rating.
Type in your Trait Rating ID.
Input your preferred Trait Rating Name.
Click on Save to save your new trait rating.
To add a trait rating definition known as the trait rating breakdown, scroll down the page to where the trait rating definition is and click on Add and a pop-up box will appear.
Input your Trait Rating Definition ID.
Type in your Rating as shown in the image below.
Input your Description.
Click on the Save button and do this for as many trait definitions as you wish to add.
