How to send email to a particular staff department
The following steps will guide you on how to send an email to a particular staff department.
- Click on SMS Manager from the left hand side of the page.
- Select Send SMS
- Navigate to Staff
- Select the Department you wish to send mail to.
- Tick the box above the staff name to send an email to all staff in the department or tick the box with the particular staff name you wish to send an email to.
- Click Send the email above the selected name(s).
- Compose the body of mail by inputting the subject, message, returning email, and also attach a file if applicable.
- Click Send emails.
