How to send an email to a particular class level
Class level is a class group regardless of arm e.g Class 1, JSS 2, etc. The following steps will guide you on how to send emails to a class level.
Click on the SMS Manager menu on the left pane to reveal the various functions.
Click on Send SMS
Click on the Send Bulk Email button as shown below.
A new window pops up, select the section to which you wish to send emails from the section selection dropdown.
Select the class from the class selection dropdown.
Type the email content in the provided space
Click on Choose file to locate and attach a file if you wish to include an attachment to your email.
Click on the Send Emails button to have the emails sent to the recipients as shown in the image below.
