How to Rate Support Tickets

Rating support Tickets is really important, because it gives feedback to the agents. Let's them know where they need to improve and provides feedback on the quality of work we provide. Kindly take out time to read the step below on how you can rate your support Ticket.



Step 1: Click on the Ticket Rating Chart, in the mail sent to your inbox.



Step 2: New Tab will open with the rating chart on screen, enter a comment if you choose to in the text box show and Click on Submit button.


Step 3: Once rating is submitted, you'll should see the dialog box with a message, as shown below.
