How to print periodic roll call report
A roll call is an act or instance of calling out names to establish who is present. The steps below will take you through how to print periodic call roll reports.
Click on the Principal menu item on the left-pane to reveal the various functions.
Click on the View roll call Report item under Principal to reveal the daily roll call report.
Or Perform a quick search using the search for activity field with relevant search terms as shown in the image below.
Select the section from the Select Section drop-down.
Select the class whose roll call you wish to print from the Select Class dropdown.
Input the period you wish to print a call roll report for (e.g. from 05-05-2020 to 22-05-2020).
Click on Print Periodic Report to generate the call roll report with respect to the filters as shown in fig below.
