This article will guide on how to add, delete, and update other store items to be dispatched to students:
Adding other store items to be dispatched to students
Click on the Store Officer on the left-pane of the page.
Select Dispatch Student Items.
Click the Advanced>> to filter for the section and class. You can also search by student ID by typing the ID in the search box above the Advanced>> link and then click on the Search button.
Select the student from the list of class members that would be displayed.
Click the Add button
Student collection item dialog will open. Input the Item by clicking the Browse
button, Quantity, Total Amount, and click the Save button.
Repeat steps 5 to 7 to add more store items to be dispatched to the student.
Deleting other store items to be dispatched to the student
Click on the Store Officer on the left-pane of the page.
Select Dispatch Student Items.
Click the Advanced>> to filter for the section and class of the student
Select the student from the list of class members that would be displayed.
Select the particular Item to be deleted.
Click the Delete button.
Select the Ok button to confirm.
Updating other store items to be dispatched to the student
Click on the Store Officer on the left-pane of the page.
Select Dispatch Student Items.
Click the Advanced>> to filter for the section and class of the student you want to update the store items
Select the Student from the list of class members that would be displayed
Select the particular item to be updated
Click the Update button.
Modify the Quantity and Total Amount as the case may be and click the Save button to save changes in the update item collection dialog that would be displayed.
