How to deactivate staff from payroll
The following steps will guide you on how to deactivate staff from payroll.
- Click on the Payroll Admin.
- Select Monthly Payroll Configuration.
- Switch to the Staff Payroll Group tab.
- Select the Payroll Group of choice in the drop-down list to reveal the members of the payroll group.
- Select the Staff amongst the list of staff in the payroll group.
- Click Deactivate Staff.
