How to check SMS delivery status
The SMS delivery status enables the SMS Manager to know how many messages were sent, total delivered at the moment, and how many are pending at the time.
The following steps will guide you on how to check SMS delivery status:
- Click on SMS Manager
- Select SMS Configuration
- Choose Sent Messages
- Choose From: a certain day
- To: another day
- Click on the button Load Messages
- View the Date and time, sender, recipient, class, status, and the text itself as shown in the figure above.
NB: Number of SMS Delivered, number of messages sent, and pending SMS.
