This is where the school subjects created will be assigned to the respective section(s) offering that particular subject in the school.
Step 1: Click on 'Manage Subject Sections' on the left side of the page under 'Configuration'.
Step 2: Click on the preferred subject from the list of subjects displayed.
NB: You can search for a subject by typing in the subject detail in the search box (that is, subject name, type or code). Also, to ease searching for a preferred subject, click on 'Advanced' option to select your preferred section or subject type.
Step 3: Information about the subject will appear then click on the select section, all the school sections will be displayed, select the one that is preferred and then click on 'Add Subject to Section'. The subject will then be added to the section.
Step 4: Repeat the above steps to add subsequent subject(s) to their respective section(s).
Step 5: To remove a subject that was wrongly added to a school section, select the subject then click on the preferred section from the list of sections that the subject was added then click 'Remove Subject from Section' button.
Step 6: Click on the 'OK' button from the prompt message box if you are sure of removing that particular subject from the section.
