The following article will guide you on how to send an invoice to parents or guardians through SMS.
- Select School Fees Admin.
- Click on Configure School Fees Items.
- The current session will be displayed, you can choose a different session by clicking on the drop-down to display the different sessions available.
- Choose the term you want to send an invoice for.
- Select the class you want to send invoices to.
- The list of school fee items will be displayed.
- Click on Send Invoices (Email/SMS) and a pop-up box will appear.
- Click on the Send as SMS only button.
- Fill in the Sender ID.
- Click on the Use Sample SMS button for a detailed sample SMS you can use.
- Click on the Send SMS button to send your message.
