This article will take you through how to send SMS/Mobile notification to all Staff departments.
- Click on the Send SMS under SMS manager on the menu item on the left-pane to reveal various functions.
- Select the Staff tab.
- Select the desired department from the Departments drop-down.
- It will show you the list of staff in the selected department and check the boxes on the left column corresponding to the staff you wish to send a message or If you wish to send to all staff in the selected department, check the first checkbox on the leftmost column. It will select all staff automatically.
- Click send SMS button to pop up the messaging window where you will type your message.
- You may enter a confirmation number to confirm your message is sent (note this will take a unit of your SMS credit).
- After typing your message, click the send button to send your message
