In order to send email to boarding students, use the following steps:
- Click SMS Manager on the left-hand side of the page.
- Select Send SMS from the list of privileges.
- Select the class you wish to send SMS to.
- Click on the drop-down list to choose Class boarding students and the specific list of boarding students will be filtered and will appear.
- Click on the specific students' names you want to send an email to or check the box beside Student ID to select all.
- Select Send Email to parents of selected students.
- A pop-up box will appear, you can then proceed to write the Subject of the email you wish to send.
- Proceed to type in the body of your message.
- In the Reply to box, type in the email address you want the recipients to reply to.
- Choose email attachment by clicking on Choose File and select a file from your device.
- Click on Send Emails to dispatch your emails to the recipients.
- Click on Send Emails to dispatch your emails to the recipients.
